With the government under the visionary leadership of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modiji laying tremendous emphasis on alternative energy, this Conference will seek to provide a road-map to energize the growth of the Bio-diesel industry and suggest modifications in the current policy framework. The Conference will feature experts, government officials and leading industry figures will voice their opinions about the current policy framework, roadblocks in the industry's smooth progression and measures to overcome them. It will seek to highlight the huge demand potential from institutional-users such as the Railways and Defence and how they can be encouraged to migrate to bio-fuels from the present conventional fuels.

This Conference is timely as the government seeks to jump-start the country's economy while strongly driving its sustainable development agenda. Through this Conference, the Biodiesel Association of India seeks to throw light on key issues affecting the industry such as supply-side scalability including regulatory approvals for large-scale processing, collection and adulteration-prevention mechanisms related to inedible oil crops, algae, by-products and waste lipids such as palm stearin, acid oils, used cooking oil, dairy floatation sludge oil, poultry fat, etc.

The Biodiesel Association aims to partner the government in its aim of boosting usage of green fuels through pro-active interactions with all concerned stakeholders. We request you to block your calendar - as this is an event you should not miss if you are a player in this sector. We look forward to meeting you.
